HOW DO I SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS?

Put a keyword into the search box and all products relevant to your search will be displayed. You can search by brand, category, product name or just a key word. Once you have found your product select “ADD TO CART”. Continue searching and adding more products, until you are ready to checkout.

WHATS HAPPENS NEXT AFTER ORDERING?

Once you place your order on DASH, you should receive a confirmation Email containing your order details as well as a call from a member of our Team.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery within PORT HARCOURT  is same day  delivery during our working days.

Delivery to other States outside Port Harcourt  takes between 2-5 days, depending on the location.

CAN I CALL TO ORDER?

YES, you can place your order over the phone – by calling or sending a text to 08183356582. Tell us the product(s) you would like to order and then send your details (Name, Address, Email address and Phone Number) so we can begin processing your order. You will receive a confirmation Email containing your order details.

CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS "OUT OF STOCK"

You can’t order a product that has been listed as ‘out of stock’ but if you notify us, we will contact you once the item is back in stock.

WHAT IF I CANT FIND A PARTICULAR PRODUCT ON YOUR WEBSITE?

If we do not currently have a particular item you are looking for, then please inform us HERE.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

There are currently 2 Payment options available – Card Payment online OR by Bank Transfer.

WHAT IS WISHLIST?

Once you have registered on DASH, you can save all the products you would love to purchase to your User account.

To do this, simply click on the small heart symbol on the product page just below ‘Add to Cart’.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. Orders can be changed or cancelled before they have been shipped. Once a DASH representative calls to schedule delivery and your parcel has been picked up by our Courier Company, it would be too late to change or cancel your order.
